I’m missing items in my order
Products may ship separately depending on fulfillment requests. For example, vivarium decor ships from a different location than apparel and lifestyle products.
If you receive an order with an item missing please contact customer service to confirm. This may be the case and more than likely didn’t receive the tracking links for the additional shipments.
